    150g vegetable noodles

      Boil the noodles Bring 2 liters of water to boil in a large pot with 1 tsp salt (not provided), once the water starts to boil add noodles and cook for 5 minutes on high flame. Drain and put in a sieve, dress them in 1 tbsp oil (not provided) to prevent sticking. Keep aside


      Coat and fry chicken Marinate the chicken cubes with Flavour A for 10 minutes. Heat 3 tbsp vegetable oil in a non-stick wok on medium flame for 2 minutes and add chicken. Fry for 4 minutes (2 minutes each side), fork in the middle and check, it should not be pink. Take out from wok. (Do not over fry as it may become hard). Take out 1 tbsp oil form the wok, and let the remaining oil in the pan for next step.


      Fry green bell pepper and onions In the same wok, add garlic and chili on low flame for 30 seconds and add green bell pepper surface down. Saute on medium flame for 1-2 minutes and add onions, cook for 2 minutes till shiny and translucent.


      Prepare the sauce& finish To the wok, add Flavour B on low heat, mix Flavour C with 1/4 cup (60ml) and add to wok. Stir to thicken the sauce and add fried chicken, mix lightly to coat for about a minute. Check seasoning and garnish with spring onions. Serve with noddles.
