INGREDIENTSPortion for 2

    400g chicken thigh
    1/4 cup desi ghee
    1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
    200g onion puree
    Dry spices
    1/2 cup yogurt
    Pickle pack
    3 green chilies
    1/4 cup fresh cream
    4 rumali rotis
    Garnish

      Fry the aromatics in ghee Heat ghee in a non-stick on low flame; add the ginger garlic paste and saute till fragrant (30 seconds).

      Cook the onion along with the chicken To the wok, now add pureed onions and chicken cubes. Cook for 2-3 minutes on medium flame till the chicken starts to turn white.

      Add the dry spices and yogurt Add the dry spices along with 1/2 tsp salt (not provided). Sautee for 3 minutes on medium flame and add yogurt; stir well on low flame to form thick gravy.

      Stir in the pickle mix along with cream Add the pickle mix, stir and add the cream to the wok. Combine well and add green chilies and garnishing; check for seasoning and take off heat.

      Plate your dish Warm rumali roti in the microwave for 30 seconds or in a pan for 1 minute on medium flame. Serve with curry.
