    250g gnocchi
    100g spinach
    100g mushrooms, thinly sliced
    1 tbsp butter
    1 tbsp olive oil
    2 garlic cloves, grated
    1/2 tsp chili flakes
    1 tsp vegetable stock powder
    1/2 cup cream
    1/4 tsp nutmeg powder
    1/4 cup parmesan cheese
    1/4 cup cheddar cheese
    1 tbsp sundried tomatoes, chopped
    1/4 cup milk
    1 tbsp olives
    1/4 tsp pepper
    1/2 tsp salt

      Boil the gnocchi Bring 2 liters of water to a boil along with 2 tsp salt (not provided) in a saucepan. Add gnocchi to the boiling water and boil till it starts to float to the surface. This will take 2 to 3 minutes. Drain water and keep aside.


      Fry garlic in oil and butter Heat olive oil and butter in a non-stick pan. Add grated garlic and fry for 1 minute on high heat.


      Cook with mushrooms and spinach To the pan, now add mushrooms and saute for 1 minute on high heat. Add the spinach leaves and cook for 3 minutes till they wilt.


      Add the spices Now add salt, pepper, nutmeg and vegetable stock powder. Stir well for 1 minute on high heat.


      Add gnocchi To the pan, add the boiled gnocchi and coat it well with the mushrooms and spinach. Cook for 1 minute on high heat.


      Add the milk and cheeses Add cheddar, parmesan, cream, milk, chili flakes and cook for 2 minutes on low heat. Adjust the salt and pepper (not provided) according to your taste, and switch off heat. Garnish with olives and sundried tomatoes and serve.
